| Mihalicz elected Chair of UNICEF Canada |

UNICEF Canada is delighted to announce the election of Dwight Mihalicz, MBA, to the position of Chairperson, Board of Directors. Now in his fourth year on the Board, Mr. Mihalicz has served as Vice-Chairperson for the past two years. A Certified Management Consultant, Mr. Mihalicz is Senior Vice-President of Capelle Associates Inc., a management consulting firm specializing in helping executives improve organizational performance through effective organization design. He has previously held senior positions at the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies and at the Canadian Red Cross Society. Over the past two decades, Mr. Mihalicz has served as a senior volunteer for several organizations, including the International Foundation for the Millennium Fund, HelpAd Limited, Canadian National Voluntary Health Agencies and the Canadian Centre for Philanthropy. In addition to his extensive corporate and non-profit experience, Mr. Mihalicz brings to his position as Chairperson a passionate commitment to further UNICEF Canada’s leadership in improving the lives of children around the world. |
